Settings, usage, and a calmer interface

Settings, usage, and a calmer interface, Klipeo changelog

A round of work on the parts of Klipeo outside the editor canvas.

Settings stopped stuttering

The app background was running an animated shader forever, which forced every glass panel on top of it to re-blur on every frame. It now renders a single static frame. The Skills page also had twenty live refraction lenses standing in for toggles; those are lightweight iOS-style switches now.

Usage has a page

Credit usage moved into Settings. The Usage page shows your balance and per-session spend, the credits pill's Usage button goes there, and the old popup is gone.

Smaller things

The projects page got a pass: the edits badge is a glass pill, the grid has room to breathe below the title, and the credits pill lines up with the height of the search bar and the New Project button.

The availability pill in onboarding, green for "Available" and red for "Already taken", is now a shared component, and the status page uses the same one: green for operational services, red for broken ones. Onboarding usernames also accept hyphens, and the validation tells you specifically what is wrong, whether that is length, characters, where a separator sits, or a reserved handle.

The browser tab title is shorter, "Klipeo · AI Video Editor", so the brand still reads when the tab is narrow.
