Edits that recover and keep their timing

Replacing a clip starts the new source with the timing you expect. Interrupted drafts are easier to recover, and failed loads stay visible until you retry.

Replace a clip without its old speed changes

Replace with… starts new video or audio at normal speed, clearing the old clip's speed ramps and freezes. It keeps the timeline position and shortens the slot only when the new source is shorter.

Use Fit to fill with… to keep the exact slot length. The new source plays at one constant speed to fill it. Vibe follows the same rules when making the swap.

Pick up an interrupted draft

Saved drafts appear above the Home composer on desktop, in the composer add sheet on a phone, and in the project's Drafts tab. If the list fails to load, an error notice gives you Try again, including when the project has no visible Drafts tab yet.

A composition that fails to open stays on its error screen. The editor waits for a successful load before allowing edits or starting autosave.

Keep recordings with the right edit

If you switch compositions while a phone recording is finishing, that take cannot change the new composition's frame. Successfully imported extension recordings also release their saved recovery copy.

Move around with the keyboard

Settings links scroll fully into view as you tab through them on a narrow screen. Skip-to-content links now reach the main content on more workspace, sharing, and editor screens.

When an older Vibe preview has lost its saved frames, the card tells you to ask Klipeo to inspect it again.
