Publishing
Ask Vibe to send a finished render straight to YouTube or TikTok, once you've connected those accounts.
Once a video is rendered, you can push it out to a platform without leaving Klipeo. Publishing runs through Vibe. You ask, and it uses the account you've connected.
Connect an account
In Integrations, connect the platform you want:
YouTube
Upload rendered videos straight to your channel.
TikTok
Send vertical cuts to your TikTok account.
Connecting takes you through that platform's sign-in and asks for the permission Klipeo needs to upload on your behalf. You can disconnect any time from the same page.
Send from the export page
The export page has two places to hand the video on:
- Under the preview, a row of square tiles: Download first, then YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Drive, and Dropbox. Tap a tile to open its panel under the row with the account state and one action. A linked account carries a green dot.
- In the left column, a Copy link | View-only link | Embed switch. Copy link copies a direct link to the MP4 on Klipeo; the other two open the same panels as the Share dialog and create a watch page or an iframe snippet.
| Tile or tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Download | Downloads the file. |
| YouTube | Uploads to your channel as private; open YouTube Studio to publish it. |
| TikTok | Sends to your TikTok draft inbox for you to approve in the app. |
| Uploads the video and publishes a post on your profile with the file name as its text. | |
| Drive | Saves the MP4 to the root of your Google Drive and links to it. |
| Dropbox | Saves the MP4 into a /Klipeo folder in your Dropbox. |
| Copy link | Copies a direct link to the MP4 on Klipeo. |
| View-only link | Creates a watch page anyone can open. |
| Embed | Generates the iframe snippet. |
A platform you have not connected shows Connect in its panel. It runs the provider's sign-in and brings you back to the same export page with the tile ready to use. YouTube and TikTok connect through Integrations; LinkedIn, Google Drive, and Dropbox connect through Connectors, and those tiles appear only on a server that has connectors set up.
Everything works for both engines. A server render is already on Klipeo, so its actions run at once. A browser render lives in your tab until something needs a link; the first copy or send uploads the file to Klipeo (with progress in the panel) and everything after that reuses the copy. If a send fails, the reason appears in the tile's panel with a Try again button.
Every server render you have made, for this composition or another, sits in the Renders card at the bottom of the left column. The card scrolls on its own, so the page never does; finished jobs have Download, running ones Cancel.
Publish with Vibe
You can also ask Vibe ("upload this to YouTube as unlisted"). Vibe's upload tools do not render. They upload a video that is already a media asset in the project, and render outputs are not registered as media assets, so Vibe cannot publish a render it just produced. If the video you name is not in the project, the tool stops with "Choose a video mediaId from the current project before publishing." If no account is connected it tells you so rather than failing quietly.
YouTube. You get a title, description, tags, and a privacy setting: public, unlisted, or private. It defaults to private, so nothing goes live by accident.
TikTok. The upload lands in your draft inbox, not on your profile. TikTok's Content Posting API requires you to open the app and approve the post yourself before it's public. That's a TikTok rule, not a Klipeo one.
Delivery presets
When you ask for a platform-specific cut, Vibe renders to that platform's spec rather than whatever your canvas happens to be:
| Target | Spec |
|---|---|
| YouTube | 1920×1080, 30 fps, H.264, 8 Mbps |
| Shorts / Instagram Reels | 1080×1920, 30 fps, 6 Mbps |
| TikTok | 1080×1920, 30 fps, 5 Mbps |
| X | 1920×1080, 30 fps, 5 Mbps |
| 1920×1080, 30 fps, 5 Mbps |
These renders run on the same queue as your manual exports, so they land on the Renders page and share the same two concurrent renders cap and daily quota.
Render first
Publishing sends a finished file, so the video has to be rendered before it can go anywhere. Render it with either engine from Export, then send it from the Share or send list on the same page. You can always download the MP4 and upload it yourself.
